Privacy Policy

HelloWords ("the App") is a private internal tool operated by the owner of the HelloWords project (studioroomkr.com). This policy explains what data the App handles.

1. Data we access

When an account owner authorizes the App via Login, the App receives:

• An OAuth access token and refresh token for that account;
• Basic account information (open ID, display name, avatar) returned by the user.info.basic scope;
• Information needed to publish a video (creator nickname, allowed privacy levels, etc.) returned by the Content Posting API.

2. How we use it

This data is used exclusively to publish the project's own language-learning short videos to the authorizing account and to display upload status. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

3. Storage and sharing

Tokens are stored locally on the operator's own machine/server in restricted files and are not transmitted to any third party. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Data is retained only as long as the App is in use and is deleted when an account's authorization is revoked.

4. Revoking access

An account owner can revoke the App's access at any time from the platform's Settings → Security → Apps and websites. Doing so immediately stops all access.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly process data of anyone under 13.
